BREAKING: Daxter Miles (West Virginia) to Participate in the 2018 Professional Basketball Combine5/16/2018 BREAKING: Daxter Miles Jr. (West Virginia) to participate in the 2018 Professional Basketball Combine presented by HFactor. In his 4-year career with the Mountaineers, Miles averaged 9.6 PPG, 2.4 RPG, 1.8 APG, and 1.3 SPG, starting 124 out of 136 games. As a freshman against Kansas, Miles went for a season high 23 points, going 5-9 from 3pt range against the future Big 12 champs. Following his first year, Miles was named to the Academic All-Big 12 Rookie Team. As a sophomore, Miles produced 9.4 PPG, 2.1 RPG, 1.4 SPG, and 1.3 APG en route to being named to the Academic All-Big 12 Men’s Basketball First Team. Coming into his junior year, Miles was an Honorable Mention in the preseason All-Big 12 awards. In the last regular season matchup against Iowa State, Miles matched his career high with 23 points and tied a career high with 7 rebounds, leading the Mountaineers to a victory. As a senior against Morgan State, Miles went for 32 points while scorching 3-6 from 3pt range. In the Big 12 Conference tournament, Miles averaged 22 PPG, 3.3 RPG, and 2.3 APG while shooting 15-27 from 3pt range. As a result of his performance, Miles was named to the Big 12 Championship All-Tournament Team. We are excited to welcome Daxter to the 2018 PBC and look forward to seeing him compete next week!
