BREAKING: Lagerald Vick (Kansas) to Participate in the 2018 Professional Basketball Combine5/8/2018 BREAKING: Lagerald Vick (Kansas) to participate in the 2018 Professional Basketball Combine presented by HFactor. Vick made consistent strides throughout his KU career. As a freshman he played in 19 games and averaged 4.8 MPG and 2.1 PPG. Following his freshman season, Vick was named to the All-Big 12 academic rookie team. As a sophomore in 2016-2017, Vick played in 36 games, starting in 6, and increased his production to 7.4 PPG, and 3.5 RPG. Against Long Beach State, Vick dropped a then career-high 23 points with 2 rebounds, 2 steals, 1 assist, and 1 block to round out the performance. As a junior Vick averaged 12.1 PPG, 4.8 RPG, and 2.1 APG in a season in which he played in 39 games, starting 35. In a December match-up against, Washington the 6’5” guard scored for a career-high 28 points, career-high 7 assists, and 5 rebounds. In the Big 12 Conference tournament Vick averaged 10.3 PPG, 4.7 RPG, 1.7 APG, and 1.3 SPG to help propel the Jayhawks to a Big 12 title. In the NCAA tournament Vick averaged 12.4 PPG, 3.8 RPG and 43.5% shooting from 3pt range to help take Kansas to a Final Four appearance. Following his junior season Vick was named as an All-Big 12 honorable mention. We are excited to welcome Lagerald to the 2018 PBC and look forward to seeing him compete in a few weeks!
