In his 4-year career with the Bison, Foulland played in 134 games (133 starts) and averaged 13.1 PPG, 6.8 RPG, 1.6 BPG, and 1.0 APG while shooting 57.9% from the field. As a freshman, Foulland was named to the Patriot League All-Rookie team in a season that saw him start all 34 games while checking in as the Bison’s second leading scorer (10.2 PPG) and pacing the team in rebounding (5.4 RPG), shot blocking (1.1 BPG), and FG% (54.0%). In his sophomore season Foulland earned Patriot League All-Academic honors and a spot on the Second Team All-Patriot League after increasing his production to 11.8 PPG, 6.9 RPG, and 1.4 BPG (leading the team in both categories). As a junior Foulland averaged 15.0 PPG, 7.8 RPG, and 2.1 BPG while shooting an efficient 63% from the field. Following his junior year Foulland was named Patriot Player of the Year award as well as Patriot League Defensive Player of the Year and First Team All-Patriot League and Academic All-Patriot League selections. In his senior year he averaged 15.2 PPG, 7.0 RPG, and 1.7 BPG, starting all 35 games. In the 2018 Patriot League tournament, Foulland averaged 13.3 PPG, 8.3 RPG, 2.7 APG, and 2.3 BPG to lead the Bison to their 6th conference tournament championship (2nd consecutive) and a 2nd consecutive NCAA tournament appearance. Following his senior season Foulland was named Patriot League Scholar-Athlete of the Year and earned a spot on both the First Team All-Patriot League and Patriot League All-Defensive Team.
